I, like many people, had been concerned when shopping for a lawyer about paying a retainer and then using it all up, and had spoken to lawyers who wanted twice or even three times as much. Mario was upfront about cost, affordable, and did not waste time. I won my case and I would definitely use Mario's services again (although hopefully won't need them!). His office is also surprisingly accessible from Manhattan!

He made many false promises. He’s difficult to get on the phone and loses documents. Lost thousands thanks to him. He’s only aggressive towards clients that attempt to hold him accountable. I wanted to report him to the bar but this person is unstable and unpredictable. Clearly a product of the hole that is West NY. Something is definitely off about him.
