Look no further if you need a professional and responsive attorney to handle your real estate closing! Steven and his team are very responsive, and handled my questions within 24 hours all the time. Whenever I had an issue, Steven's assistant would reach out to me and schedule a phone call so my questions can be answered. He's very knowledgeable and knows how to handle real estate closings very well. As a young first time home buyer myself, I felt very confident in his advice and knowledge. Mr Serna was my attorney on a recent sale of property in northern NJ. I’ve sold many properties and this was one of the more complicated. I’m glad Steve Serna and his very competent staff were on my side. There was something to respond to seemed like almost every day for months. He did not leave things on his desk, he dealt with it promptly. From the buyers unusual bank demands to fantom buried oil tanks and a dozen other weird items, Mr Serna knew when and how much to push and be firm.
