Steven picked up a messed up house closing that was left behind by another attorney and completed in ten days what was going on for two and a half months. He ironed out a lot of issues including wrong information, angry sellers, lenders whose paper work was incomplete and seller attorney who was a very detail oriented. He explained all the various numbers on the hud clearly, took feedback for the costs, was professional and efficient, all this one day before Thanksgiving which is crunch time for all parties. He went the extra mile by calling the lenders multiple times for us and by redoing the papers at the last minute to accommodate a 200 dollar escrow.
