We have used Steve’s services twice: once for buying a home and again for selling a home. Both times our experience was excellent. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, accurate, and approachable. He explains legal/real estate jargon clearly, and he takes his time ensuring that all your questions are answered. Steven D Pertuz is an outstanding lawyer. The amount of effort he put in to my case and his knowledge of the system was amazing. We were guided in a quick and professional way in our house buying process. What we really appreciated were the quick responses. Even when he didn't have time to answer our complete question, he would let us know he was contacting us later. The signing was a challenge with the social distancing hurdle, but no worries, Steven and his umbrella were there outside of our car to explain what we were signing, form by form. All and all a very smooth process during the buying process of our first home (with only one fridge unfortunately).

Steve helped me out on chapter 13 filing, which went as smooth as possible! 5 years flew by, and he was accessible and responsive to everything I needed throughout the process. Highly recommend if you end up in the position to need to file bankruptcy.
