As I read through all the wonderful reviews from clients who have already won there disability case, I felt led to write my honest opinion as a client who is still waiting for a decision to be made on my reconsideration request. Let me start by saying, I already know I obtained the best Social Security attorney in NJ! Ms. Spence and her team have been on top of every piece of correspondence from social security and on top of me to make sure I get done what I need to get done. As someone who suffers from major depression and agoraphobia, I try to avoid contact with people and the public as much as possible, but Ms. Spence understands that and has been able to communicate with me in a way that makes me feel safe enough to place my trust (and case) with her and her team. I stick by my review no matter what happens with my case, because I know she is trying her hardest and best to obtain a successful appeal. Thank you for believing in me and being so understanding of my needs.

My Husband applied for SSDI, and found Ms.Spence through her reviews. If you are looking for a reliable Attorney, look no further. She is kind, honest, thoughtful and very professional. If you are truly sick, she will get you your SSDI, if you follow her instructions. My husband is a 9-11 Worker who has multiple issues. I had the pleasure of having Carlos Acosta out of the Union City office, he represented me in a case that was met with a lengthy opposition about 6 years.
