Dennis was a pleasure to work with. Professional, thorough, a wealth of knowledge, and most importantly, highly successful at what he does! So thankful for his expertise and the favorable judgment I received.

Dennis was a bad choice in entering a dui case and I'm glad we parted ways before sentencing. During our consultation he was seemingly passionate and promising, so I went with him considering the half price as he said (and I agreed) '$X is a very nominal fee for this case and about 1/2 of what I would normally charge.' unfortunately I soon learned the hard way, I get what I pay for.
First and foremost, the court's should be addressed with the upmost respect, and that means taking the extra two minutes to spell check your work is a given... or so I thought. In his mitigation letter to the assistant prosecutor, when he first addressed me, it read 'Ms., ' no my finger did not slip in typing this, his did... a simple error we have all made and hopefully fixed that was overlooked by his office. There was a random word where it did not belong?! Even worse, he managed to misquote Abraham Lincoln's words 'I have always found that mercy bears richer fruits than strict justice.' by using the word 'then' - which takes on an entirely new and opposite meaning. This then/than mistake was made twice in fact! His response to my displeasure was that the courts' do not care about typos. Overall this may be true, but to me, it does matter and I am the one paying. To me, it says that it is about the money and time, and I'm not worth five minutes of time to re-read a professional letter before submitting it. This was a slap in the face to myself and the prosecution.
One of my charges is a felony and my only request was that he present me with 'whatever it takes' to get this removed from my record. The court's have disallowed for this to be downgraded, but in turn offer a program allowing for my record's full expungement three years after the incident pending graduation from said program as opposed to ten years!! It was not until I got rid of Dennis that I was made aware of this life changing program, by a public defender no less whom worked with me in finding any means necessary to enroll me.
Time is money, but through his eyes mine and my supporter/transportation's time did not matter. Court in our county is 8:30, but this is not something Dennis was willing to work with, so, without my knowledge he had changed our appearance time to 11 - leisurely notifying me a half hour after I was there waiting for him... Nothing more nothing less; I then received another text approximately 45 minutes to an hour later asking if I was there for roll call? - Almost a full day of work wasted.
Due to my own mistakes I was facing a jail sentence he 'bought me time' with... Despite my request to getting it done and over with.
That's not all, his paralegal had me believing that I would be taken away in cuffs the day of sentencing... Dennis failed to inform me until after he was relieved of my case, that this was not true, they would then have to fill out a report taking about 5 weeks(what a relief?) - turns out the paralegal will be right.
I am appalled by the lack of care and would have rather burned the money I wasted on him then to see it in his pocket.

Mr. Brown is a highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable attorney who loves what he does. My case pertained to personal injury and he and his excellent staff assisted me every step of the way in regards to physical therapy, pain management, etc. I was able to call the office at any time during business hours and speak to the super nice paralegal and he would answer any questions or concerns I had....... It helped that he too was very knowledgeable and has years of experience as it made everything run that much more smoothly. I highly recommend Mr. Brown if you are seeking an attorney.....he won't let you down! :-)

It's ironic the hoops you have to jump through when you become disabled. Thank goodness for the Law Office of Gail A. Spence. Ms. Spence clearly explained the process of applying for Social Security Disability and all the documents I needed to provide to smooth things along. After that, she and her paralegal Mr. Khalfani did all the legwork. I especially appreciated how they kept me up-to-date at every stage of the proceedings, and did it with kindness and good humor. My case was recently approved and I owe it all the Law Office of Gail A. Spence.

Ms. Spence was very helpful and professional. My questions were answered and she handled the followups with the disability office when there was a delay during the decision. She is your best choice when it comes to approval for disability.
