I've known Gail for over ten years. She is knowledgable, courteous and an overall good lawyer. Her tenacious attitude and grit to fight for her clients have truly made her one of the best! I give her my highest recommendation, without reservation.

She was nasty because I called her by her first name. Apologies for that MS SPENCE. BUT she asked me to get my ssdi statement, and I did. Called her again. 4 weeks later, still no answer. If you want results, run from her!!!

Ms. Spence is extremely professional. I particularly appreciate her honesty. She did not take my case based on certain facts presented. She is a lawyer of integrity. A quality that is becoming a rarity. Even though I was disappointed, and at times defensive, I appreciate Ms. Spence's ability to be candid, composed, compassionate, and respectful. I can not say enough about the care and concern of Gail A. Spence. Ms. Spence took the time to listen to our concerns. She agreed to take my husband's case after months of us trying to navigate through disability process on our own. We were ready to give up. Ms. Spence was able to work with Social Security and in a short amount of time, my husband was approved. She helped take a lot of stress off of our shoulders. Mr. Cleary helped me out of a very frightening situation. I was looking at serious fines and suspension of my license. I was told not to worry and that come our day in court he would be able to quickly work a plea deal with the prosecution that would allow me to not lose my license and to only pay minor fines. Well as promised i did not get my license suspended and my fines we all the minimum! Great guy, great Lawyer. I highly recommend Dennis Cleary to anyone that needs a fantastic lawyer.

Not a question but do not work with this man. He is easily the laziest lawyer. He legitimately wants you as the client to do most of the work for him. I had a case where I was given the wrong pills by a pharmacy and this man not only held on to my pills and never gave them back although I’ve sent numerous emails asking for them. I told him my ordeal and my side effects and he told me to do some research and compile a list and send it to him. I did all of this because I didn’t know any better but he has never once responded to an email. He is a waste of your time and a thief. I’m not sure why you would hold onto pills that would be of not benefit to you but that’s what he did. Learn from my mistakes and skip this guy.
