I used Mr. Gary J. Natale for a very important divorce case in 2016. I can tell you that I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with his service.
I found him online via Google search, and not through recommendation by anyone I know. He did not have any reviews except one on Facebook that described him as someone who listens, although the person did not characterize the outcome of his service. I needed to get on early in tackling my case with my ex. So, I consulted Mr. Natale. True to the Facebook reviewer's comments, he listened; but that's about the best I got from him. After paying up-front 5/7th of the retainer fee, I asked him to set the filings in motion because I was going to travel and wanted things to have progressed with a hearing date by the time I returned. To my surprise, this wasn't done. I had to call from overseas after almost two weeks to urge him again to file.
My greatest disappointment stemmed from the fact that after charging me, Mr. Natale proceeded to take the line of least resistance in handling the case. I had a very powerful case that could guarantee me almost all the outcomes I wanted from the case, and through my own background work made it an easier case for him to handle and get a very powerful win with minimum effort, and yet Mr Natale followed the line of least resistance and slowly transferred my huge leverage to my ex. You might ask, "how is that possible?"
My ex, had engaged in another marriage before the divorce proceedings even began (bigamy). That was a huge leverage for me because she married outside the country and filed a falsified I-130 with USCIS claiming she was never married, so that her new "husband" would be able to immigrate and join her in the United States without delays, all without first seeking a divorce from me - we were only separated.
Upon meeting with Mr. Natale, he proceeded to call my ex's attorney whom she had retained in a previous non-dissolution case. That raise a red-flag in my mind, but when I asked him why he would do that, his answer was that "you'll be amazed how a little courtesy could go a long way." Unknown to me, that was the beginning of poor efforts to be applied by Gary and the slow transfer of my leverage over to my ex through her attorney. All Gary needed to do based on what he himself told me was for him to proceed with seeking a hearing and for her to enter into default if my ex didn't move fast, but he didn't.
Throughout the case and through his constant interactions with my ex's attorney (and sometimes without my knowledge) my ex became emboldened because the National Visa Center (NVC) had granted her new "husband", a visa, unknown to USCIS and NVC that she wasn't truthful in her filings. Eventually the man succeeded in emigrating to the United States while Gary and I were still waiting for my ex to sign the documents as initially put together by Gary J. Natal, and for Gary to act. I had told my ex that I would report her bigamy to the authorities before she ended up signing the agreement. And this took about four months from when Gary drafted the agreement and submitted it to her to review with her attorney and sign.
My ex's attorney obviously sensed that Gary was not totally on my side, and as a result delayed the process. By the time she and her attorney signed the property settlement agreement, my ex had succeeded in her plans. Her attorney also succeeded in manipulating the wordings of the agreement to benefit his client as is evident in two pages of the document that addressed child custody, now with very contradictory wordings and introduction of new statements that hitherto weren't there.
Gary's efforts were poor at best, and I honestly regretted hiring him for my case. I won't recommend him to anyone. If Mr. Natale had done even an OK job, I would have given him a review that speaks to that kind of work with accolades. However, I am having to seek new attorneys to right Gary's wrongs in his handling of my case, and it is very time consuming and costly.
