Renee and her team were such a huge help in getting issues resolved that came up during our home buying process. Renee was very accommodating to our situation and stepped right in to help us come to a resolution with the seller's side. Renee and her team were very helpful and professional during the process of selling our home. She helped answer ALL our questions (there were a lot) and work through the entire process from contract to closing. My husband and I used Bergmann Law when we sold our townhouse. From the very beginning, Renee and her staff showed 100% professionalism, especially when it involved our buyer's realtor. Renee and Danielle were always very responsive to our emails and phone calls and our questions were always answered in a timely manner. They also kept great lines of communication with our realtor at all times. They made the process as first time sellers a very smooth one. Renee and her team took the pressure off the home purchase process for my husband and me. She effectively negotiated us out of a home that revealed it would be too great a risk, so we chose to work with her again through our second search process. If I could give Renee 6 stars, I would. As a first-time homebuyer, I was understandably nervous but from the second I engaged Bergmann Law, Renee took every opportunity to walk me through the process, help me negotiate inspection and contract amendments, and made a tense situation at closing easier. Professional but easy to work with, Renee and her paralegal Danielle were outstanding and I could not recommend them enough for any real estate law needs.
