If I could give Deana Koulosousas and her team at The Wacks Law Group 10 stars I would. Her knowledge and expertise in estate planning is unparallel to other firms. Deana and Kat have such a caring and hands on approach to strategically navigating even the most complex situations.

Our family had what we thought was going to be an easy, quick Medicaid application since our mom had minimal assets and large amount of debt, so at first, I was surprised when my sister hired a lawyer. My surprise quickly turned into gratitude when we learned that our mom's finances had more complexity than expected (ie. small accounts at multiple banks, unexplained withdrawals, 401K company that had been bought and sold, etc) resulting in multiple rounds of questions from the Board of Social Services, that honestly read like stereo instructions. In addition, our application took 4+ months due to staffing issues at the Board of Social Services. In response, our attorney, Constantina Koulosousas, contacted BSS across 2 counties relentlessly on our behalf to keep the process moving forward. At the end of this at times frustrating, time-consuming process, we were finally granted eligibility dating back to the original submission date, which is not only going to support our mother's moving forward but also account for her expenses over the past 4 months! Our success and piece of mind is entirely due to the help we received from Ms. Koulosousas and her support Team, whom we can not thank enough!
