Angela Scafuri, I was referred to her by a retiring attorney. It was the best possible turn of events for me. She listened attentively and non-judgmentally to my issue and to my hesitations. Her responses showed that she immediately understood the issue and me. Angela presented insightful points that I need to know even before we formally began. She tenaciously defended my interests even as I faltered. Low pressure with me but unrelenting aggressive with my Ex. So much so that she was referred to as the “shark”. I knew I needed a lawyer. I didn’t realize I how much I needed a “defender”. Luckily, I had followed the reference to her.

I cannot express my gratitude for the outstanding legal support provided by Angela Scafuri. My divorce continues to be contentious with a mother who chooses to counter partner vs co-parent and constantly uses the child and lies to use the court to her advantage. Navigating the complexities of family court can be emotionally draining but Angela has demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and empathy thus far throughout the process. Nobody wins in divorce but in my case, especially myself and my child needed to be protected. Angela was there to protect us around every corner and fought against every new tactic used by the other side. Before finding Angela, I went through four attorneys who refused to even speak on my behalf. That type of representation left myself and my child unprotected and open to abuse through the court system. Angela has been the difference maker that started to turn my case around and set boundaries. I wholeheartedly recommend Angeal to anyone seeking a family attorney. I’m extremely grateful for her expertise, guidance, and support. After spending money / retainers on four other attorneys and seeing how they practice, I feel fortunate to have such a skilled and caring advocate by myside protecting myself and child.

Angela Scafuri is excellent. Any one who is represented by her would feel the same. Any negative commentary is likely from the opposing party which is more evidence of how good she is at her job.

Angela took on a very difficult situation mid-stream which had gone sideways and successfully brought it to a reasonable conclusion. She was willing to jump in and went to work immediately to get everything back on track. Throughout the case Angela showed compassion, patience & understanding with me, and deference to the Court while taking an appropriate demeanor with the adversaries. Angela provided great guidance, would let me vent and then calmly point out our best path to a resolution. Her instincts are good and she handled my case very well. Angela was a pleasure to work with through a difficult time; not sure where I'd be now without her help. Highly recommend.

Angela is very professional and passionate about her job. She has helped me through the most difficult process of my life, her willingness to listen, knowledge of the law and compassion makes her unique. She is thorough and always delivers.

If I could rate Angela Scafuri 0 stars, I would. She performed horribly on my case. She did not have any statements ready when presenting to the judge. She is a liar and will take your retainer fee and basically throw away your case. 0/5 stars.

Angela helped me through an extremely stressful restraining order situation promptly and with compassion. She was extremely attentive to all the details of my case and was always available to listen to my constant worries. She always answered each little issue regarding my case and I was extremely happy with the results! Angela. Angela. Angela. The "circus", that is the divorce process, is harrowing and not for the feint of heart. Fraught with lies, deceit, and a virtual smorgasbord of all things unpleasant to say the least. An absolute must have, is an experienced attorney, whom embodies integrity, intelligence, and essentially all things lacking in the process itself. That's Angela Scafuri! Angela Scafuri, is by far, one of the most honest, knowledgeable, and caring divorce attorneys you can have by your side, during a divorce process, that is anything BUT. Her ability to guide you with integrity and compassion, will often times, temper the emotional decisions one tends to make in the heat of the moment. Couple that with some good, old fashioned tough love, her straight forward advice, will always see you out of the woods safely. I can't stress how different my divorce proceedings have been, since I had Angela on my side. There's no alternative.

When encountering a life changing event such as a divorce, nothing is more paramount than finding the correct person for the proceedings. As the owner of three businesses, I know how difficult it can be to hire the right person for the job and, unfortunately, this often becomes a case of trial and error. It was then, to my delight, that the first person that I picked as representation, Angela, exceeded my expectations. Within one session, she was able to facilitate an agreement that was satisfactory to all involved. She also showed incredible compassion, a trait that I find admirable and is also a necessity in these type of situations. My wife also noted the compassion showed by Angela and it is this compassion that helped to create a smooth experience from what most would view a not pleasurable situation. Angela was a strong advocate for myself and my children's best interests during my lengthy and difficult divorce. Her knowledge and professionalism was excellent and she was able to negotiate acceptable options with a challenging adversary. She also showed empathy and understanding throughout the process from our initial consultation to signing the settlement agreement.
