Highly Recommended! We have used Eric several times for wills, will probate, and power of attorney. Eric is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, very detailed, compassionate, caring and trustworthy. I have a deep gratitude for all of his help through a tough time when my mom passed. I appreciate the time he took with us explaining everything in detail. He alleviated my concerns, and anxieties. A true professional.

It's not everyday that I take the time to post a review let alone one with a five star rating. For Eric though I have to. About two years ago I came to him with a sensitive legal issue. Since then Eric has handled everything you need a lawyer for....You name it he did it. Estate transfer to close my husbands Moms house, the house closing, title searches etc. All along the way Eric was informative about every step and then some. I learned quite a lot. He never held anything back and he treated me like a partner. There will never be another lawyer for me or my family. Kudos Eric. I can never thank you enough.

My Wife (fiance at the time) and I used Eric Schwab for our real Estate closing when buying our first home in February of 2019. Eric took the time to walk through the entire "home buying: process with me and explain all of the in's and out;s of the legal process as well as the overall process. After leaving his office for our first consultation I had an immediate sense of relief in what is typically a stressful process. Eric also worked great with my realtor as well as the sellers attorney/realtor. I would not have any hesitation in using him again!

Couldn't be more pleased after hiring Mr. Schwab for our real estate transaction! From the first call, Eric took the time to explain in detail the process and always made sure we were kept up to date on everything that was happening. As a first time home buyer, with a difficult seller, I felt so assured that I had Eric in my corner. So knowledgeable, and also has a great sense of humor. I hired Eric to help me with a combination traffic tickets and a speeding ticket that would have equaled to 9 points on my driving record. When i first called Eric he was courteous and explained everything to me after which i decided to make a appointment to see him at his office. Once there he reviewed everything and told me what the best and worst case outcome could be and he prepared a plan of action. I hired him based on his experience and professionalism. The day of the court date i showed up in a suit well dressed and groomed as one should be in front of the judge. Eric used his experience to negotiate a plea with the prosecutor and after which we went in front of a judge to see if he would accept it. The judge accepted the plea and i was left with a 2 point ticket and a much smaller fee. I am very happy with the outcome and while it all depends on a lot of other factors i strongly believe Eric will do an excellent job being your guide through the world of law.
