Eric went above and beyond to guide and support my parents in a critical time. He is thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and truly takes the time to explain the process and outcomes of decisions to his clients. Eric was my attorney when I bought my home. He stood by me through the process and ever since. Recently, the mortgage company increased my monthly installment after a duplicate payment of property taxes by the mortgage company and the title company. Eric helped me recover that money back and my escrow balance has been corrected. Eric is also a very nice and honest person who is always concerned about helping clients.

I got into a car accident and the police mailed me 2 tickets. We called Eric at the referral of a friend and he got us in his Office right away , explained the whole Court procedure. He always kept in touch and advised us of his strategy. He personally called me the day before Court to confirm and re-assure me. On the morning of Court he arrived right on time and everybody there seemed to know him. He had a discussion with the Prosecutor and worked it out to a much much better result at hundreds less than I expected. In front of the Judge he spoke impressively and we were finished before everybody else even got started. Soooo glad I hired Mr. Schwab.

He is tr greatest lawyer thst I had the pleasure of hiring. He genuinely cares about you and not the money. He's taken on cases for me snd I received tickets and he bunched it all up together with the original charges and didn't charge me more. Let's be honest how many lawyers do you know that does that. He's not about the money he's about justice snd helping people out who can't help themselves. He works night and day and brings the fight to them. He has charisma and character. His personality is his own he's unique in all the best ways possible. I don't know how he does what he does but he's worked some magic with my cases where I thought this is it I'm done for snd then BAM!!!! He gets it resolved. I promise you that he is worth every cent (he's very well and reasonably priced) he doesn't break the bank at all. Eric is trustworthy and fights for you tirelessly he won't just settle to get it over with just to collect your money. If he's not satisfied with what is offered he will fight for you. I will never hire anyone else. My loyalty lays strictly with Mr. schwab. Do yourself s favor and drop your lawyer if you already have one and hire him because I am willing to wager money and bet snd guarantee that they will not be better thsn eric. Thst is his strongly I feel and support him. He's changed and saved my life. BETTER CALL SCHWAB!!!!!

Mr. Schwab took care of my high speeding ticket and got my points reduced to 0 points. More than the result, Mr. Schwab is a very nice person and gives you a lot of confidence. He is very nice to talk to and explain everything in detail. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to get the matter resolved especially in woodbridge and surrounding court.
