We were very happy with the service Jake provided. Jake kept us in the loop on everything for our home purchase and buy. Although I’m sure he had many other clients, I always felt like we were his priority. He always took time for our calls, emails and concerns. Jake answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly and while we were preparing for our relocation and dealing with things associated with that, Jake was behind the scenes making sure everything was completed on time without issue. I highly recommend Jake not only for your real estate transactions, but for your estate planning as well.

Jacob was an excellent attorney to work with. It was our first time selling in NJ and we had a set of special circumstances to deal with. He was knowledgeable, professional, fought for our best interest, and stood in as a power of attorney for us selling out of state. We had used Jacob for the purchase of our new construction house and the sale of our townhouse. We were very pleased with his professionalism, quick replies, and knowledge surrounding both contracts. With any new construction, we faced delays pretty much from the start due to supply issues, and he helped us structure out townhouse sale contract to incorporate closing delays there as well. He easily interpreted the legalese into concepts we could understand and make decisions on. If we ever sell/buy a home again, we would definitely use him!
