I had the pleasure of Jake Davidson's representation as the buyer of a beautiful 5 acre pinelands ranchett in Mays Landing, New Jersey. Jake is prompt, personable, diligent and very knowledgable in the law, which came in real handy when unexpected complications arose stemming from the seller being an Estate established in 1980 of which one of the duel executors had also since passed away. Jake worked carefully to make sure a new Letter of Testamentary was Granted to the remaining Executor which became essential to a solid and secure transfer of Deed which we accomplished and I have been enjoying my new land with peace of mind since late June! Fast forward when I recently had a possible concern arrise, Jake took the time to patiently explain the issue and assuaged my concern. I retained Jacob Davidson to represent me as co-counsel on a very complex case in which I was the plaintiff. The case involved multiple defendants each with their own respective attorneys. The case was protracted due to the Covid impact on jury cases. We were ultimately able to settle the case after multiple attempts as well as appeals. Mr Davidson was amazing in the way in which he was able to communicate with and influence the other attorneys. He was thorough in his research and review of the many technical aspects of the case. As well , he kept In close touch with me and even welcomed my input. I am very pleased with the ultimate settlement of the case and I truly do not believe it would have been possible without Mr Davidson’s representation.

My house was out of attorney review and pending. The buyer backed out breach of contract and I was told I couldn’t do anything. Breach of contract I sure could do something. Response from attorney was… what are you going to do hire a lawyer to sue them. A contract was breached and attorney could care less. Do not recommend this attorney. Should have none better when she did my first closing and I couldn’t even get into my home because the sellers wouldn’t leave and she didn’t do anything then either.
