Never recommending. I've been waiting a few weeks before I wrote this review. Unfortunately, my experience with Kim and her team was very subpar. This is my first time purchasing a home and I had many questions. She was responsive but I felt each response was dismissive. One of her responses was to my question was " I understand (your frustration) but this is typical in our world." OK for you but what about your clients? I wanted to make sure we came to the closing with the correct amount. She asked me to call her to explain the process, again giving a condescending and patronizing response. "Oh, we do hundreds of these, nothing to worry about." Fast forward to the day before closing, I finally received my amount due. Less than expected but great!. Upon the day of closing, with her quoted amount in hand, we were ready to go. Kim finally decided to go through our paperwork, her firm was the reason for the mix-up. We would now have to come up with an additional 6k+ to be able to close. Hence, why I repeatedly asked her and her team for the FINAL amount due. I did not expect to have to go back to the bank during Covid on a Friday evening for a cashier's check. Fortunately, I was able to get it done. Upon our return (1 hr later), we were finally able to get started. Kim offered my husband and me a few hundred dollars (3 to be exact) to try to rectify the error her girls made. "When we make a mistake we own it" was her response. But again, what about the additional 6k + I needed to due to her firm's negligence. What if we didn't have the funds accessible? For an establishment that does "hundreds" of "these" wouldn't YOU review the documents before we get final numbers? You blame your holiday temp worker for what is your mistake. Could it be that my questions were dismissed because we were "new" Hispanic homeowners?? I found this firm to be quite unprofessional. In any event, I should be able to trust my law firm to review and process paperwork correctly. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. I felt she served us no justice. regardless of being a first-time homeowner, Hispanic, or a alien, she should have done a better job. Not recommended, not trusted, not a happy customer.

Jacob represented us when we had to obtain a zoning variance for a multi-family in Piscataway. The house was a legal single family but we wanted to convert it to a 2 family. Jacob used his experience and research to confidently represent us in front of the Piscataway zoning board. After many nervous months, we finally got the multi family variance approved. Jacob Davidson helped us through negotiating with our tenant to leave our rented house in NJ during the moratorium on evictions during COVID-19. Jacob helped us take the emotion out of the process and just work within the laws of the State. He was very responsive during the whole process and we were able to get the tenant out quickly.
