My husband and I were very pleased with Jacob Davidson as our lawyer as first time home buyers. He gets straight to the point and is transparent as he did warn us from the very beginning that it wasn't going to be an easy process since the seller of the home was a bank. But he is extremely competent, knowledgeable really just a force to be reckoned with and will follow through and fight for whatever you decide.
