Bad lawyers

I went over there to follow up a claim because of car accident, I wait there almost 2 hours and then the lawyer come sit with me to ask me questions, he was so rude and talk badly to me which make me leave immediately . Definitely don’t recommend it to anyone

Racist and horrible. Worked with police to change the date of the incident that happened on Rev Martin Luther King Day, Jan 15, 2017. To the following week. I repeatedly asked them why they were changing the date of the incident. I remember the date because I had the day off and just finished taking my grandchildren to Skyzone. Because it was Rev Martin Luther King Day, my one day off in January. I thought I would receive justice because he had pictures of him and Black judges on his wall. Stephen Haddad also gave me an objectionable settlement for both accidents. And I had to go down to the Tinton Falls Police Station to report both officers for their unfair treatment & false reporting of the accident towards my grandson and me. With whom was in the car accident with me on MLK Day, and I had to take to Riverview Emergency Room that evening once providing my statement to racist and police officers. Even though both of my cars were totaled and I had multiple injuries. The pain management team was un-empathetic and unclean, and racist despite being Middle Eastern and darker than me. The only decent person who provided me with consistent quality pain management was Dr. Jack Dugo Jr. I would never recommend Haddad & Haddad to anybody, especially if you are a Black citizen of North America.

This law firm is the worst law firm you can go to. They did not answer when I called for a month and now because it’s been a month no other lawyer will take my case. DO NOT GO HERE

If I could give no stars I would. This firm is a robbery they took my case harassed me to go to every appointment and when it came time to settle they told me I was responsible for the entire medical expenses when I first started I was told that I would not be responsible for that and was told the person who was 100% at fault insurance company was supposed to pay it the day that they called me to sign for my check that was the day I was informed I would be responsible for the medical bills. My case was awarded the highest payout of 15,000 dollars and this firm only offered me 1,000 out 15,000. The lawyer was paid 4,997.84. This firm does not care for the person who was injured they will lie to you in order to get your case and give nothing but excuses why you got low balled for your case and will not have a positive outcome basically lied to get my case and received nothing for it this place is the worst I ever came across DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER COME

The Haddad Law Firm did a great job handling my case, they made the whole experience seem less . There was even a very much appreciated surprise that I never saw coming. I can’t thank the team at the Firm enough. Thank you Thank you Thank you…….
