Joe Hoffman is a fantastic attorney, he’s truthful, and gets right to the point. He’s one of those attorneys that wants to get to know you on a personal level, he goes above and beyond. We are in the midst of filing a small claim suit. I contacted Hoffman DiMuzio in the hope of receiving some guidance on what we need to do. Mr. Hoffman spoke with me over the phone at no cost. While I hope to actually never need a lawyer, I know who we will be contacting in the event we ever do.

Joe Hoffman was like a breath of fresh air. With what was obviously a talent or skill (call it what you will), Mr. Hoffman listened to every word I had to say and he then helped me identify facts from frustrations to help me develop the reality of the matter which I am facing down. He's given me solid guidance in my current journey to recover monies owed to me and I am confident I shall do so. When I expressed a desire to bring a figurative sledge hammer into the disagreement, Mr. Hoffman fully approved, but instead offered me superior tools so I could hit hard but still out-maneuver my opponent in this matter. Even tho I was not able to use them due to a conflict of interest, Joseph Hoffman was very helpful and extremely professional & friendly.

In need of a legal representation, I called the State Bar for a number to a local attorney that was experienced in my case subject. I was given the name and number of Hoffman and DiMuzio’s practice first. I called immediately and was scheduled for my consultation the very next day. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted at the door by Joseph Hoffman Jr. who was wearing a warm, welcoming smile. He immediately made me feel at ease and the feeling remained for the duration of my consult. Mr. Hoffman listened to everything I had to say and then gave me his honest opinion on my case.
