They took my payment over the phone. I never met my attorney or talked to any one. The day of court, my attorney made statements on my behalf to the court that I NEVER SAID, NEVER AGREED TO. I tried to speak up on my own behalf I was yelled at by the judge for trying to speak up and say they were not my statements . During this time my lawyer was mocking my distress and making gestures towards me forgetting this was all live on zoom . They was brought to my attention by my family who unbeknownst to my lawyer was also present for court via zoom. I tried to contact my "lawyer" several times with no answer, just a text that I must be mistaken. I requested a meeting so I could not only number one meet the person who is going to be representing me number two discuss our case but most importantly number three bringing my evidence for discovery which needed to be discussed.... To date no one has gotten back to me about meeting my attorney.... When I called the office I was told they would find a time that would work for me and I have not heard back from them. We have court coming up on January 11th and we were supposed to have our Discovery turned into the prosecutor a month prior to that and I have yet to hear from this office.... Biggest waste of money , I have no legal representation. Very unprofessional. I purposely hired a lawyer to help represent me in a legal matter because I had evidence to back up my claims because I did everything I was instructed to do by my local police department. Now no one wants to take my case no one wants to help represent me but they had no problem taking my money. I am a person who is on the spectrum and I require help in situations where I need someone to speak for me so it's very disheartening to know that as somebody of such I've been taking advantage of and I have no legal course of action to not only help represent me as a member of that community but to know that as a regular citizen I've been taking advantage of and I'm on a limited income. My family was attacked we were harassed repeatedly for 4 years to the point that our pets were killed and I'm now facing charges for defending my family who was ruthlessly beaten and I can't get one lawyer to take my case seriously. In fact nobody cared. Don't waste your money here. You will not find a lawyer that wants to help you you will only find people that want to take your money. And if it's all you got you better hang on to it. To date I have not gotten a call back I have not gotten an interview and I haven't gotten my money's worth I can tell you that!! Who tells you they're going to make time for an appointment and never ever calls you back when you're on the phone with them what office does that????
