I would highly recommend S. Daniel Hutchison as your bankruptcy attorney. He has been my attorney for 20 years now and has always gone above and beyond for me. Daniel is very knowledgeable about the bankruptcy process. I appreciate his time he spent with me making sure I understand exactly what was expected of me and walked me through the steps that would be taken for my bankruptcy. Daniel and his team are very professional, courteous, patient and kind. They always responded quickly to my phone calls and questions the same day. They guided me through the whole process. I hired Dan in April to handle my bankruptcy. From day one, he made me feel comfortable and supported. I thought I would feel judged. I was already embarrassed and ashamed, but he put all that to rest within the first 10 minutes. From there, he gave me constant support at any hour. He answered all my texts and phone calls within minutes, and not only met with me at all hours of the day and night, be it weekday or weekend,, but he even met me halfway to my house to sign documents to make things easier for me.
