Why does federal law apply here when they don't enforce it like if you have a personal injury case against otero County and the sheriff department use a confidential enfomant to lie and force u to take a 5000 dollar settlement to the county in order to get a plea deal on a 10% cocaine charge that a rat planted in my house and was paid 3 thousand dollars for this case I bring this up and the office tells me that they can't do that defense that was 1995! Later a man in 2014 a man watching TV was talking smack about a TV program a man hears what he says and walks into the man's home a threatened him to apologize for what he said on the TV the man pulls out a cattle prod and tells him to get out he advances on him he gets shocked and removed from this man's house cops called the man is arrested for assault with a deadly weapon goes to jail and these guys convince him to plead guilty to get probation he gets 5yrs in prison because he had a Marijuana charge the jury would not see him as a citizen defending his home they failed to have balls when it was time to defend this man beware some people are more equal than others here in the town!
