My mother's wrongful death lawsuit took 3 years to settle, mostly due to the corporate defendant. When I was looking for a law firm to take the case, my first favorable impression of Berenson & Associates occurred when I spoke with attorney Rachel Berenson. She made it clear that she never agrees to take a case unless she believes she can win it, and if she did take a case, the client would owe nothing unless she won the case. Documents were straightforward, and there were no surprises. Jordan worked on the case and kept me informed every step of the way. Documentation was not cumbersome for me. When I had decisions to make, Ms. Berenson and staff were honest with me about the relative chances of success in taking one path or the other. Ultimately, it was a winning strategy which resulted in a larger settlement than typical for our type of case. I unequivocally recommend Berenson & Associates.

I meet with Rachel and Jordan about a possible joint lawsuit against our employer. They listened and provided sound legal advice from the get go. I called and spoke with the paralegal on the matters that are not only professional misconduct but also mailpractice and HIPPA Violations she agreed that alot needed to be set down and discussed but then refused to Forward the information onto the attorney for a meeting. Basically just added to the continued to add to the list of unprofessionalism. Wouldn't suggest putting any effort into calling them. When a attorney suggests the state bar association they have absolutely no care in your case or want to see a positive outcome for the client.

Employment Law I was able to make an appointment immediately to discuss my situation. When I met with Rachel, she was caring and listened to everything I had to say. Rachel listens to what you have to say and answers any questions you may have. She was very helpful and provided me with a lot of information. I didn’t end up needing to take my case forward because the issue was resolved. However, if I needed to take my case forward, I’m glad Rachel would’ve been my attorney.

I'm a chiropractor and occasionally deal with accident cases. I've worked with a few law firms in town and it is easy to tell when a law firm actually cares about their clients and works hard to help people through a stressful time. This is the first time I've worked with Berenson & Associates and I have to say I've never dealt with a law firm that was this good with communication and advocating for their client. I have asked for a bunch of their business cards, as I plan on referring my patients there if they are ever in need of an excellent attorney. Skip the large "billboard" firms, I can tell you that they don't care. These folks do, and it shows!
