This review is definitely over due but it’s hard to find the right words to describe the experience I had with Rachel and staff at Berensons. I walked into their office broken and in pieces. I had no idea what the future held for me. Rachel and her team swooped in and gave me reassurance throughout our journey together. They took care of me every step of the way. They took my calls anytime I was in shambles. They worked so hard for me to tell my story with the facts behind it. They never gave up or had doubts. Every person I came in contact with was a blessing and I’ll never forget the way they took care of me at my lowest. I’m editing my post to add: I really really can’t thank them enough. I wake up everyday with gratitude for the honest, hardworking, and trustworthy care I was given while being their client. If you want real people that will fight for you these are the people to contact.

Horrible experience when I called. When I finally got an answer I was told there was a $250 "case review" fee. simply to see if they would even take my case... How on earth can you justify trying to charge people a days or more of their pay, simply to tell them after a 10 minute meeting that "sorry, we can't help with your case". This tells me that they are only in it for personal profit I don't feel like being shaken down.

Rachel and her team did a fabulous job. The case was complicated and involved multiple insurance companies One of the companies tried everything they could does not pay us a settlement, but Rachel knew the state law and held them to it.
