Getting in an auto accident is never easy to deal with after the fact, especially when you are injured. Dealing with insurance claim agents is worse than dealing with used car salesmen. Berenson & Associates was recommended to me by my doctor who was treating me for the injuries sustained in the accident. I did not want to call one of those attorneys who advertise on TV every other commercial while you're at home due to your injuries. Rachel, and Jordan made this a hassle-free experience. I provided the information they requested, and they took care of the rest. It was almost a year before the claim was settled, but that is pretty normal for an injury case due to an auto accident. During that time, I was completely at ease with the professionals handling my case. I highly recommend Berenson & Associates. I hope I never need to hire them again as I don't want to go through another auto accident, but if I do... I know who to call. Thank you all! Doug Kearney

Absolutely the best! From the very first phone call to them they were helpful and friendly. I was going to have to deal with THREE insurance companies which would have been a total nightmare on my own! Berenson and Associates handled every detail and kept me updated along the way, answered all of my questions and made the process less stressful so I could focus on physical therapy and getting back to normal.

Very knowledgeable, friendly. They were able to explain and walk you through everything that you were required to be part of. They were very thorough when gathering facts, details, records. When requesting updates on the progress of my case, they responded timely. I only met face to face a couple of times due to Covid, but I highly recommend Rachel and her team.

If I could give zero stars I would. Without even reading our case Rachel Berenson started on a tirade of how our entire belief system is not important. She is highly unprofessional and very biased. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Not only is she lacking in professionalism, she also, misses the mark in common sense. With that being said her staff is actually friendly and professional.

This is an attorney who really fights for her clients.
