Terese is very rude she is the paralegal here at family law firm. Donna is my attorney and I hardly can talk to her because she's so busy Terese needs to learn how to be more professional we are going through tuff times and having to communicate with her rude self makes it worse

I used M. Torres several years ago in a child custody case. He was the most incompetent and lazy attorney I have ever met, and since him I have worked with some excellent ones.He did nothing but spend my money on completely useless maneuvers that he never followed through in court.His one time arguments to the Judge was pathetic and usless and he came off as foolish and the Judge told him so. He lost my case due to his negligence in producing any viable material to the court dispite his constant promises and billings.His behavior bordered on inappropriately flirtatious with me, as he thinks he charming with female clients.

Donna Dodd defends the criminals and child abusers and will lie in court along side them. Donna does not follow the code of ethics. What happened to the good old days when lawyers actually did their job.

I am editing my negative review... Mr. Sanchez has my utmost respect. After a miscommunication, he reached out to me genuinely concerned. I appreciate him so much in taking the time to explain what happened. Thank you.

Donna represented our family for generations. On my most recent charge involving a gun, she was able to get it completely dismissed. She's an awesome attorney love this firm Joe T.

Worst law firm ever, never answers any questions and charges you to reschedule appointments missed by Donna Trujillo-Dodd. Horrible customer service by everyone in the office and will never do what they say. DO NOT IS THIS LAW OFFICE AS THEY WILL RUN THROUGH YOUR MONEY WITH ZERO RESULTS.

I came to this law firm and system overall for help and resolution. A system that states its mission is fairness, equality, and a childs best interest. After exhausting every avenue of reconciliation and negotiation with my co-parent I felt it was time to get the experts involved. My case seemed pretty straightforward. A motivated and dedicated father pursuing his almost 8 year old daughter for her best interest and an attempt to gain more time with her. I came with the truth, no criminal record, no substance abuse or mental health issues, a stable career (a first responder and servant in this community), marriage, household, etc... I felt it was time at my daughters age now to combat the current 80/20 timesharing schedule and pursue 50/50 with her, and simply for the child support to reflect correctly. Ultimately after several months and thousands of dollars later the experts and leaders in this community ruled that it was not in my daughters best interest to have more time with her father, and in addition, effectively triple my child support obligation in a time of unprecedented inflation. Seem crazy? Every person I tell my story to simply shakes their head in disbelief and says, What? How is that possible?! ...as do I. The cousel I received from this firm felt rushed, with little attention to detail, communication, or plan, I had to constantly ask for updates and clarification as to what the status and plan was for my case. And yet still three weeks after seeing the judges verdict I have yet to be contacted and given an explanation as to why this decision was in the best interest of my daughter, and what my options are moving forward. What a shame for good people in this community trying to do the right thing, for the families and children who experience this type of injustice. If this is how my case concluded I could only imagine what other families and especially fathers seeking help and resolution are experiencing. In a time in our society when effective and motivated fathers are needed most. If this isn't a clear cut case of discrimination, with the facts and truth I presented, then I don't know what is. With that being said, I can only conclude the ineffectiveness and lackluster performance of my counsel played a significant role in the negative outcome of my case. I would implore any reader of this review to be diligent in seeking counsel that will truly fight for you and your family. Thank you.

I highly recommend Matthew Sanchez and his firm as they achieved every goal and answered every question asked and where all very welcoming helpful and understanding no matter what the situation is! Very pleased with my experience with Mr. Sanchez and his Firm!

Donna does not respond to emails. I had to fire her and get a new attorney. My new attorney told me that Donna has the reputation of being unresponsive in the legal field. Pretty bad when all her peers look down on her. Here is an example of an email that Donna did not respond to... "Donna, Just checking in to see what has been said between you and opposing counsel. Thanks, Aaron" I had to send that email because the judge set deadlines for us to get things done in the divorce. She ran through those deadlines and I wound up paying for my ex-wifes attorney!!! I have 5 other emails that she ignored. She replied to 2 in my time as her as my attorney. Hire this law firm at your own risk Update: my divorce started over 2 years ago. I was with Donna and Cody for over 1 year. They created a nightmare and Christian hagemann has finally fixed it. These people literally cost me time with my son I'll never get back, and about 60k. Just don't hire Donna.

Had no luck with this firm. Matt Sanchez was no help. But was self gratifying in rushing my case through and closing it. My ex wife’s lawyer called all the shots. Facilitation was a joke with Greg also. I do not recommend this firm or lawyer. Cost a lot of money and got no where.
