If you're like me, going to a lawyer or a law firm seems like an intimating idea. You're worried that you'll do something wrong, or that lawyers are too expensive, or you wont stand a chance. After pushing away my fears, I met with Mark, and I'm glad that I did! I understood my case better, I understood what my options were. He gave me a free consolation that was useful and gave me the confidence I needed to handle the negotiations with the insurance company. No wonder he has a a perfect 5 star rating. If you're are on the fence about things, go see him.

Mr. Dinelli took over my case from another law firm that couldn't get a satisfactory settlement for my motorcycle accident. In just a few short weeks Mr Dinelli had arranged a settlement that was more than double what the previous firm had been able to put together, and without having to go to court. His firm but straightforward approach was key in getting the insurance companies to provide a reasonable settlement. After being a victim of a rear-end accident, for the second time, I was recommended to reach out to Mark and his team. From the very beginning I felt listened to, and as though my problems regarding the accident were important. Going through the same type of accident only a year and a half prior, I was with an attorney who didn't offer nearly the same level of service and especially personability. While my case was still open I moved across the country and Mark went above and beyond with regards to communication about my case from 2,000 miles away. I have only good things to say about the Dinelli Law Firm as they fought for the compensation I deserved to get my life back on track, and were still willing to do so even though I was moving so far from Albuquerque.
