Hired on Adam for a case where we were looking at a 14 year sentence of prison time. He was able to negotiate probation as opposed to a lengthy prison sentence. Adam and his team are very professional and definitely fight for the best possible outcomes of their clients. Also, when any questions or concerns about the case arise they are quick to respond and don’t leave their clients in the dark. Helpful and very knowledgeable defense attorney.

Hands down the best decision I made was hiring Adam Oakey and his team. In the darkest fight of my life Mr. Oakey came through big time! Don't waste your time with small time lawyers get the best call Oakey!

A little earlier this year I go to move away from New Mexico and with my husband and another state thinking I don't ever have to look back on that state again and not even 2 weeks after being away I get a phone call from my parents and my 24 year old daughter telling me I have five felony warrants and could be looking at 26 years of prison time. My heart sunk I was sick to my stomach basically my world has come to an end in my mind and I'm not even sure which way is up at that point. I will say one thing I knew that was exactly who I was calling and I did, I called Adam okee the next morning so I need your help. I spoke with Julia his amazing wife who was by my side the entire way as well. I was probably a whole lot of extra for her to handle being a never been in trouble, I didn't know what in the world was going on and I basically needed somebody to hold my hand the entire way and she did without complaint. I have been fighting this case from June 30th 2023 when my five warrants were issued. I'm not going to disclose what these horrid accusations were but I will say it was nothing light and it was nothing for somebody with a weak mind or weak stomach to say the least. Adam and Julia were amazing and working with me and helping me so that I could afford the best of the best. They stuck by my side and there was times that I was probably a bit too bossy and they just told me hey let us do our job. Today was my pre-trial opening my first day and so-called witnesses which neither were actually witnesses they were here say and I was scared I was worried because all I could think about was being ripped away from my family and my kids for something I had no knowledge of and never had any involvement in this horrendous list of crimes that they had me pegged as allegedly. This entire time I was pegged as basically a low-life fendant who has done some real dirty to these victims in the eyes of the law, in the eyes of the prosecutors, basically in the eyes of everybody except my family and my attorney who know who I really am. I am not a criminal I will never be a criminal I am a mother of three that I've pretty much raised on my own and mind you my daughters are amazing, actually they are beyond amazing. My oldest is almost done with her bachelors in college and is going to be opening a recovery center for addicts who commit crimes and don't belong in prison along with so much more. She has an amazing bright future ahead of her. My middle daughter is of adult age and is engaged to an amazing young man and I couldn't be happier and I pray they start a family in the next few years. My youngest daughter is maintains and is an amazing barrel racer. She's my cowgirl just like I am through and through and I can't wait to see her future holds. I am also halfway finished with my nursing degree and I plan on focusing on hospice care to help families and their loved ones pass with dignity and a quality of life until that last breath. That's the sad part you see, is that you sit and you judge asspectators Adam Okie and his law firm and the fact that they are " criminal defense attorneys"! Well guess what we're not all criminals and I thought the judicial system was your innocent until proven guilty. No I am far wrong from that and it's not even laughable we are guilty until proven innocent and we are God damn lucky to have an attorney like Mr oakey and his team that will stand up and fight for us so you don't see all these innocent people behind bars from no reason just because of prosecutors are trying to make a statement. Pray you hire Oakey on ur judgement Day!
