Daymon Ely is one of the good guys. In a world where being litigious is kind of like the old west, the guys in white hats really do make a difference. Daymon is conscientious and connected. He has been practicing law for many years, and understands the right way to go about doing things. He helped my family at a time when we needed it, and he did so with intelligence and courtesy. Whether you need results or whether you just need advice, Daymon would be someone to talk to about legal malpractice or personal injury. If you're not the right client for him, then he'll probably refer you to someone who is. And if your case had no merit, then he would tell you that too. That is one of the hallmarks of the best attorneys.

I had the opportunity to meet and discuss a very sensitive case years ago with Mr. Eli. He was compassionate, professional and honest. I decided at that time I was not well enough to proceed. Daymon B Ely, is a very wise, competent, fine tuned attorney. It's my opinion he is beyond smart. He is not an attorney whose interest relies on how much money he can make for himself. If you follow his wisdom and allow him to share his knowledge and his advice, he will bring justice to your cause. I believe Daymon is very proud of his profession and his skills. He is so very sincere. He is confident. Daymon immediately evaluates your case and the measure of it. He doesn't lead you into false promises or hopes.
