Maria Padilla is not only an excellent attorney, but a very concerning, caring, and hard working individual. She was very effective in mitigating my case in and out of court. She not only has extensive knowledge of the criminal and court system, but also a way of presenting facts in a bold and persuasive manner, yet humble in her delivery. She also has many years of experience with judges, prosecutors, probation officers etc as she apparently knows many on a "first-name" basis. I worked with Maria to represent my son. Besides the legal rep, she did an excellent job of coaching him on court etiquette. And she totally realizes that keeping the defendant out of custody and out of an orange suit is in the clients favor.

Two words TERRIBLE ATTORNEY. If there was an opportunity to not rate at all that would be the best rating for my experience. For starters when you think of an attorney it would be someone who you should feel comfortable with to handle your case or fight for you, NOT against you. Maria Padilla is NOT for you. There’s a fine line between patient and cut to the chase “I’m just here for your money” kind of attitude and that is what was shown. We were asked a question but not given a chance to respond before she cut us off. I believe it is a CONTROL factor and do NOT be fooled...this is NOT a Christian based law firm, Maria was very unprofessional using curse words while claiming to be “Proffessional”. If this were the last building standing I would not step foot in it!

In January 2020 we retained Maria to represent our 29yr old son who had never been in jail, never even had a speeding ticket but had made some poor decisions leading to an arrest. Maria responded to our email within 24hrs, on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! We were able to meet with her on a Sunday which was shocking to say the least. Not many attorneys work weekends. She explained the legal process well and we appreciated her succinct and direct legal advice. Today, our son's charges were dismissed. We are so blessed to have had her in our corner!
