I had very negative experiences using this firm. I had a very straightforward case that this firm had for several years. They neglected to move my case forward and kept assigning me to new associates until finally after like 20k in legal fees they sent me a letter saying they wouldn’t represent me anymore because their associate was leaving their firm. I found a new attorney that had my case settled in a matter of a couple months for a fraction of the cost. My new attorney couldn’t believe how poorly my case was handled. If you like paying bills and seeing your case go nowhere then you’ve found a great fit. If that’s not your thing keep looking.

So very helpful, they made the entire process so easily and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely use them again!

They lie about anyone calling back and their staff is rude when you ask them why they haven’t kept their word . Waste of time.

This firm represented me, during which time they never responded until day of deadlines, didn’t call back and the paralegal handling my case was rude and never returned calls. They received my car title and said it was mailed to me. I never received it, never got a call back after my last email and I’m still trying to get my car issued again. It’s very frustrating and I’d never recommend them or use them ever again.

I was recently charged with something I did not do. I was obviously concerned and hired Mr. Martinez. This was a very new experience for me and it was overwhelming. I was very happy with the service and overall experience. While dealing with the first issue, a second (also false accusation) arose. Mr Martinez took on that case as well. I am very happy to say that he got both cases dismissed. For one of the cases there was a meeting with a judge and Mr. Martinez handled it wonderfully. The second was dismissed without a trial. He knows what he is doing and can make a tough situation much more manageable. I researched lawyers, and there were cheaper options, but when your freedom and future are at stake, it is worth it to pay for quality representation. His paralegal Kenna is both professional and pleasant to deal with. Communications were very prompt and she answered my questions and concerns. Bottom line: Mr. Martinez got the job done and protected my future. I will always be grateful to Mr Martinez and Kenna
