Worst experience of our lives was working with Deian McBryde. Deian is arrogant, overcharges, and is awful to work with. A REAL nightmare. We knew a lawyer would be costly but he is ridiculous. Poor communication, tendency to talk over people and interupt. Type of person/character that grew up unpopular and now feels he has something to prove. Wants to rub shoulders with money and people who have it. Always looking around to see where he can scam and take advantage of people. Makes a lot of offensive and inapropriate jokes. A real disservice to the Albuquerque Legal community. Money chasing, fact ignoring, pompus individual. We cannot get our money or time back but hopefully we can warn other individuals to steer clear.

I can tell you from my experience that James is intelligent, passionate, and experienced in the field of personal injury law. He was nice and highly attentive throughout our conversation. He was able to help and provide decent and sound advice. I had serious injuries but I luckily was able to heal pretty fast. He helped me get doctors recommended which was a huge bonus and helped my healing. He was on top of everything and right after I was healing he was able to settle my case for policy limits.
