Mark Fine and his team did an amazing job with my case. They worked just about 6 years on my case and they put in the same quality efforts in everything they did from beginning to end. Your not only getting a lawyer that treat you like family, but a whole staff that can be comforting in such tragic time. They are empathetic, professional, and they know what they are doing. One of the best moments I had while working with them that showed me that they are paying attention to every detail of my case is when we were in mediation and the other parties made a comment about my case and it took my team (The Fine Law Firm) 5 seconds for them to reference one statement out of thousands of pages to ensure that we had our facts straight and I was so impressed. You get high quality service, professionalism, and you get treated with welcoming arms that are very precise in their work. They answered every questions I had and I cannot be more thankful to have such an amazing team on my side.

I am an attorney and I was supremely impressed by David Fine. I accompanied someone for a consultation and I was immediately struck by the fact that David Fine is an excellent and engaged listener. It was also obvious that he knows what he’s talking about and that he is an effective and experienced litigator.

Drunk driver hit me from behind going 100 mph on the freeway. Totaled my truck, injured me physically, caused me to have to close my bicycle business after 5 years of hard work in a really crummy local economy just when I thought business would pick up. Mr Fine did the best he could given very unfair New Mexico laws. My only complaint is with the lousy job politicians in this state have done in crafting insurance laws. They are favorable to crooked insurance companies, but they don’t mind screwing the victim.

The Fine Agency was great! Joe was in continual contact with us giving us updates until the issue was resolved.
