Dave did an excellent job. We had a very favorable outcome with our case and we're very satisfied with the level of representation we received. I have a lot of experience dealing with lawyers. In most instances it’s not particularly pleasant. The biggest difference in dealing with Dave was I didn’t get the typical sense of condescension that I normally get when dealing with attorneys. He was very down to earth and communicated as though it was one business professional to another. I appreciated that. He spent a good deal of time with me explaining the challenges of the case. He was very realistic about our chances and where we stood. It seemed as though he took personal interest in our case and us as individuals. That made a huge difference. He went above and beyond.

attorney mark fine took my case because i was assaulted in metrodet center almost a year later he seemed sure that he was in negotiation with the mdc attorneys and said at some point in time they would accuse me of wrongdoing. shortly after in my fragile state of brain injury he convinced me to have a surgery i did not want stating that i would get more money.he then asked for the after surgery pics sadly what they did to my face was more horrifying then the initial injury.he then used those photos to go to local media outlets and get his advertisement.continually stating that he was still suing but never having filed any paperwork.he would then wait until time expired in my case. unfortunately he was pursuing another case with mdc which resulted in a settlement.at the end of the time period to sue he informed me that he just wasnt my guy.mark fine has no respect for injury victims and if i had it all to do again id choose another firm.

They were always so patient and so considerate in helping us get through a situation that isn’t very common. They were totally accessible and extremely professional. They took the time to explain everything and answered every question I asked. They walked us through everything and made a horrible situation as best as it could possibly be. They just seemed extremely competent and knew exactly what to do at every turn.
