I received top notch help through my Legal Shield membership. Without Ingrid’s expert help, I am convinced I would never have recovered any of my rent deposit or last month’s rent from my unreasonable landlady when I had to move out unexpectedly before the lease was up. Not only did Ingrid help me get out of the rest of the lease, but she got my money back for me too. I am beyond impressed with the service I have received. Money well spent. In 11 years that I have been with Legal Shield previously Pre-Paid Legal. I have relied on them to steer me in the right direction no less than 4 times. Ingrid Carlin just gave me the best advice ever!

Because I had major surgery this a year, I sometimes had trouble remembering things. Ron and Andrew were always responsive to my questions. I felt very comfortable working with them from the very beginning. No questions were too small to ask. Help was always available. I really appreciated their time and effort on my behalf.

Charles Wyman called my home just after 8:00 a.m. with slurred speach returning a message we left Friday morning on Tuesday morning. We use legal shield and reauested a more professional attorney for our Membership ensures us legal aid and a discount if we " need representation". My wife and I began to explain the situation we are dealing with. Charles then stated "Well there is nothing he can do for you. I can not help you with paperwork with out you paying 5,000.00 to continue the conversation."I found this odd as legal shield is not a the yellow pages. We explained we we're disabled and we're on a fixed income and that is why we use Legal Shield. We will be contacting BBB starting with Legal shield. When we asked the rude man calling Ill people before normal business hours, Why the early call. He became agressive letting us know "our place". I asked if there is a Supervisor that I could talk to he barked "we work from home now, and there is no one else here." Disappointed is just the beginning, my wifes condition was provoked so baddly by this man she had a Cardiac event later that day. They are continuing to solicit via e-mail odd messages for us not to sign documents with out thier help. So contradictory a response here would he nice as we have waited several days for a Call from Managing members of the team responsible for ethics. #stillneedhelp
