He’s such a great guy and goes above and beyond to help you get the best possible outcome. He took good care of my incident and I never questioned him on anything! I strongly suggest you get a William Cooley to have your back. I’ll forever refer my friends and family to him.

Personable. Caring. Won my case. Even succeeding at reversing completely a judges previous decision. In my favor. This was the 3rd time I've hired her and will call on her offices again if needed in the future. Always good experience.

The Law Offices of Darlene Gomez did a wonderful job with my case. I was involved in child custody case that involved two states and two different tribal courts. She fought hard for me and my children, bringing a 3 years long battle to an end. Because of her due diligence, commitment to her clients, and her incredible knowledge and understanding of the law, including tribal law, she was able to reunite me with my children who had been taken from me after a "visit" turned into a custody fight in a totally different jurisdiction with a totally different court. Thank you Darlene my children and I will forever be thankful to you! 💚

Darlene Gomez and her staff are highly knowledgeable in their field and I am so grateful to her and her staff in their guidance in our interactions with local and federal law enforcement and Tribal government. We were at a loss when my niece disappeared and it seemed like our voices and concerns were falling on deaf ears, and she heard our cries for help. She is very professional and genuinely cares for her clients. She and her staff have been on this journey with our family throughout this very difficult time in our lives. I feel her persistence in keeping the Missing, Murdered Indigenous People in the media has really making a difference in how the tribal government is reacting to cases. As busy as she is, she makes time to promptly respond to emails and phone calls.

Darlene and her team are the most generous, caring, and professional group of phenomenal women. This law firm genuinely cares about the importance of addressing, contending, and vanquishing racial, fem, and system inequalities/racism experienced by Indigenous people today. Darlene diligently extended her services to us during our time of crisis, not only was she helpful professionally she also assisted in connecting us to resources unique to our case. This law firm is experienced in Indigenous injustice's, rights, tribal legalities, and cases related specifically to violence against women, and missing murdered Indigenous relatives. In our situation we were exhausted, frustrated, and feeling hopeless. Undoubtably with the teams’s legal expertise and leverage, we were able to get immediate response, gain the momentum needed, and finally get resolution when law enforcement failed us. This firm is led by fierce brown women who have the feminine warrior spirit rooted in intergenerational knowledge.

I highly recommend Darlene Gomez for speaking engagements related to MMIWR/MMIP. If your organization is looking for expert speakers to help you understand MMIWR/MMIP issues, she is worth your organizations time and finding. Darlene is an incredible advocate and speaker. She provides top notch education on MMIP legal and advocacy issues to a wide variety of audiences. She is tenacious in her commitment to working with diverse government and non-government organizations to find missing people.

Our family hasn’t had contact with our sister since 12/22/2023 and the Glendale Police Department in Arizona would not take a missing person report for their reasoning that “she doesn’t meet the criteria for a missing person report.”
I searched up MMIW online and Darlene’s law office popped up. I read about what she does and the families she has helped and sent her an email. Since I hit so many brick walls with law enforcement I was pleasantly surprised to get a response from her that same evening!!
We set up a Zoom Meeting for the following day and she advocated for our family to have the missing person report done and stayed on the call with me for over 2 1/2 hours until it was done! She is kind, compassionate and down to earth. I finally felt more hopeful after our conversations and the success of getting the report filed.
Our only hopes now are to find our sister!
I couldn’t thank Darlene enough for her assistance and her drive to help people. Quyana!
