After my car accident as expected I was in a lot of pain. I didn't think I would need legal representation and thought I could handle the other insurance company on my own. I was wrong. While I was receiving treatment I was receiving calls and texts almost daily from the other insurance company trying to get me to settle. I couldn't focus on my treatment or healing. I was in a great deal of pain, stressed out, and extremely overwhelmed by the whole situation. I finally decided to call the Dominguez Law Firm. Almost immediately the harassing phone calls and texts stopped but most importantly I was able to focus on my treatments. Kelly was wonderful throughout the whole process. This is probably the worst law firm in NM regarding medical malpractice. Unfortunately they only defend bad doctors in court, they don't actually get compensation for injured patients. Was a little disappointed when they told me. Hopefully this can save some time for someone

I've called multiple times to hire a lawyer and no help

LIKE ALL OTHER SO CALLED INJURY LAWYERS, THEY ONLY TAKE THE EASY ONES THAT ARE A SLAM DUNK. THEY WON'T TAKE ONE THAT REQUIRES THEM TO FIGHT !
