My experience with this firm was top notch!

I had tried other law firms before and found them more than lacking. Finally I was recommended Terry & deGraauw and I couldn't be more grateful to them. At every step they showed professionalism, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to do the right thing and fight for it. Their care and expertise brought success in a very high-conflict case. One of the best decisions I ever made.

Great firm with a wonderful and capable team. Jensen Wallace will go above and beyond for her clients, as does the entire team over there.

My own personal experience with this law firm was awful. I would recommend really doing your research with them. I hired Jensen Wallace, and honestly during a time that is already very stressful this firm made my situation 10x’s more stressful. The lack of communication, I found out about emails and conversations with the other party months after the fact. I was constantly checking my case to make sure mistakes weren’t done. This law firm failed to appear to my own hearing and they mistakenly dismissed my case and had to file an objection with the hearing officer, THEN I had to pay for them to fix THEIR mistake! I had to do all the research to just get him served. As happy as I am that they did get him served that’s about ALL they did. Amongst other frustrations I was very disappointed and because I wasn’t happy and expressing that they withdrawal from my case after almost 10k spent and in the middle of it. Yes, they didn’t even finish what they started and quit… pathetic and unprofessional to say the least. I haven’t even went to court. So with all that being said if you are reviewing these to make a decision, I hope this helps and stay far away from this firm. With my experience working for child support you need a lawyer that cares and unfortunately this firm does not the only care that your trust stays over 2500. Good luck!

I have been extremely satisfied with the service that this firm has provided. I reached out to over 10 law firms while in search of someone to take my case. Terry and DeGraauw got back to me within a week of my request while others took months to respond or didn't respond at all. I met with Kathryn Terry to discuss my case and within an hour, she laid out all my options, I picked one and we moved forward. Ms. Terry came highly recommended from another father/ friend. This team is extremely competent! And, they are experts in navigating the complexities of family law in NM. It can be especially difficult to find a lawyer to fairly represent Father's in NM, but they did a great job for my husband's complex situation. You are not wasting your money with this firm, you get what you pay for. They are also very honest & transparent with their billing.
