After an auto accident I was very reluctant to seek out an attorney, but knew I needed to. I was fortunate to get a referral to Kelly Stout Sanchez. She is not only an exceptional attorney, but is also a kind and thoughtful person. At such a vulnerable time following the accident, I am grateful to have found an attorney I could trust and feel comfortable with. My case wasn’t extraordinary nor did it have the potential for a groundbreaking settlement, but in each and every conversation, email, or phone call, I felt like I was the only case Kelly had and the most important. I received her full attention and my concerns were always heard and responded to quickly. Deney, a legal assistant at the firm, was clearly working on many aspects of my case with consistency, reliability and care. I have rarely been treated with such rudeness. Mr. Romero would not look me in the eye at all during our initial interview. He treated me like I was a piece of gum that he wanted to scrape off his shoe. He kept leaving the interview room for several minutes with no explanation. He did deign to give me explanations when he returned. I called when I got home and said I was not interested in dealing with him any longer. I had my guard up when I went to another lawyer to evaluate my case. There was no need. He was personable, experienced and explained things to me and I was happy to have him take my case.

Alicia Hohl was an amazing attorney. Money well spent!!! Overall, the best law firm in the ABQ area. Do not look at other places, as they would be a waste of your time. Absolute professionalism and understanding of your care and needs. I cannot even explain how happy that I am that I chose her and her team to represent me. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
