At one of the most difficult times in my life, our lawyer Rebecca always made us feel like we would make it to the other side. Always confident, prompt and prepared, we never had to guess or wonder where we were at in the child custody process. I reached out to 3 other attorneys before speaking to Mulcahy Law Firm last year regarding adopting my adult stepchild while I resided out-of-state. Rebecca was professional and honest. Mulcahy Law Firm was my third and final attorney in a divorce from someone who was trying to be tricky. Communication was outstanding, including very fast responses to emails. I was kept informed every step of the way. Realistic expectations were set out. Also, very fair on the billing. A calm force in a very unpleasant chapter of my life. Rebecca was extremely professional and she was on top of everything! My ex filed the divorce but wasn’t moving on anything and Rebecca got everything moving quickly. She helped me get the court to allow me to sell my home and keep the proceeds of the sale even when my ex was fighting it. She fought hard for me and she was extremely responsive by phone or email. She was less expensive then other attorney’s I called and I felt she was worth every penny of her fee.
