I received a speeding ticket in Albuquerque NM. A court appearance was required, but the officer said I could call in instead of coming in person. But the ticket said that I needed to appear in person. To make sure that I would not lose my license (this was my second ticket within a year), I decided to turn to Valdez Law Office. I'm glad I did. It was expensive (for me), but in the end I felt that I got my money's worth. The staff was outstanding. Even though they must handle hundreds of such cases a year, they took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel that they were too busy to attend to my case. I got emails notifying me of every step of the process. I did not need to appear in court, either in person or via Zoom. I was also able to speak directly to Mr. Valdez. I found his assurances about the likely outcome of the case reassuring. Of course nothing is guaranteed, but the end result was a dismissal of the charge after I completed a driving course and avoided any further citations for 3 months. I would definitely use Valdez Law again if I needed to. And I’m definitely driving within the speed limit at all times
