I am very pleased with mr. Valdez and his staff. He got my case dismissed and the whole team was really good with communicating about the case. It was a big expense for me but it was worth it.

I was stopped while driving a commercial vehicle through a construction zone in Moriarty, New Mexico. Other commercial vehicles were driving same as I, yet the Citation State Trooper was a bit hot to trot. With nowhere safe to stop, without endangering myself or my team member who was sleeping in the cab of the truck I stopped in the median with commercial vehicles and personal vehicles coming to a complete slow down right beside us. The Officer and I had a meeting of the minds. But in the end we prettied up our dissenting attitudes and got down to business. It took a good 45 minutes to an hour for our interaction to take place. And after we parted ways, I struggled to accept what had just happened. State Trooper gave me a speeding ticket in a construction zone. Ticket Fox’s huge billboard in New Mexico had garnered lots of attention including mine. I discovered that he had quite a following of super happy clients. I like New Mexico, and I want to keep driving safely through it, so I decide to consider him further. At first I thought Glenn Smith Valdez’s Google reviews were too good to be true, “How can an attorney have a perfect 5 star review?” “What is all the hype?” “Is it possible?” Since the ticketing officer was a bit unorthodox with my traffic stop, I was hopeful Attorney Glen Smith Valdez could iron out all the drama and get this citation dismissed. I made contact, and his staff assured me 100% that he was going to do all the work necessary by requesting cam videos, and other information necessary to build the case. The staff who helped me from Mariah Otero, Betty Valberde, Itzel Najera, to Myrna Reynoso gave me hope that Glenn would work thoroughly, and be there throughout each step of the court’s judiciary process. The communication with staff was top notch, and all communication was quickly returned. Nothing was left to chance, if I had questions, staff would assuage my fears by confidently relaying his reliability in completing all the necessary steps to due process. Turns out Glenn Smith Valdez successfully pleaded with the presiding Judge a not guilty judgment. My court hearing where I personally participated via video was months past where he had 1st worked this case. That final day, I witnessed firsthand just how professional and dedicated Attorney Valdez was before the courts, the Judge, the ticketing Officer, and most importantly me as his client. The air was serious, and his devotion to defending my rights were noted in my brain. Then I realized just how his admirers felt and understood the depth of his 5 star reviews. The hype was based on his commitment, and on his relentless dedication to the due process. Each step of the way he is on target. It was a pleasure to hire his staff, and have him represent me before the State of New Mexico. His service is pricey considering the economic downturn we are all facing. Yet, my family depends on my income, therefore, I am 100% grateful for his services, and I trust in him to diligently defend me again (if need be) or anyone I know before the courts. Thank you Glenn Smith Valdez, and thank you Myrna, Itzel, Betty, and Mariah.

This office made handling my traffic ticket so easy and it was affordable to me as well. They communicate the process very well and don’t pull anything sneaky on you, they’re always happy to communicate. They make the whole court process seem less intimidating and actually easy!

Mr. Valdez and his team were professional, kind, and great at explaining what I can expect as the outcome of my trial, as well as making sure I got the expected outcome. If I were in trouble again, I would definitely use their services again.

Beyond grateful, definitely recommend Mr. Valdez's services! They were able to get my ticket dismissed after a couple back and forths without me having to show up to court which would have been a great hassle for me. The ticket occurred in TorC coming from Albuquerque going out of state. To travel that far to court would have been a great inconvenience for me and my loved ones. They took care of all the paperwork and communication with the court and I could sign any documents they needed from me from home. Got a ticket claiming me going 92 in a 75 despite me following flow of traffic and the officer even said I was going 82 (I heard him verbally and so did my passenger). They were very reassuring and organized and texting them and calling them was always welcomed. Great amount of 5 star reviews also were reassuring as other people have mentioned so I think it was definitely the best choice. Getting my ticket dismissed helped me save more money than having to have paid the higher insurance costs + the ticket and the points off my license which would have taken years. Thank you again to the whole staff!
