Professional driver from out of state. Received a traffic citation and was unsure who to contact. Saw their advertisement and made the call. It was my first time in NM and it was the day of Christmas that we were driving from Sante fe to ABQ. We were running out of fuel and no gas stations were open. While our minds were set to find the nearest city with an open gas station , we did not notice the speed on the empty downhill roads in a construction zone and got pulled over. It was a speed trap!!! at Rio Arriba county. Officer insisted (/encouraged rather) to pay the fine and accept the recorded speed (which was questionable) And if I were to contest as I'm out of state and would be arrested if I miss the court. After much thought, I said I'll fight the ticket and took the citation. I came back home, did some research and Mr. Valdez seems to be the person you want on your side. I sent a message about my situation and Mr. Valdez immediately replied within few minutes, explained the whole process and how he would represent me in the court. I trusted him on his word and it was the right choice. His team is very organized, gracious, professional and communication was top notch - They kept me in the loop always explaining where the process is , next steps and cleared the ticket. I cannot express my gratitude/ appreciation for the commitment, Expertise, and help. Thank you Mr Valdez for your service and the professional team you have - to represent us in the court.
