AMAZING!!! I most definitely would have lost my CDL if not for Mr Valdez. 100% Fact!!!So I was going through Ft Sumner New Mexico (speed trap) and officer said he clocked me 36 in a 15 and If not for Mr Valez I’d definitely be looking for a new career A SHOUT OUT Thanx to his assistant Betty and all his crew. I was satisfied with how they handled my case and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a ticket.

I got a ticket for careless driving (just being dumb, I own it), and wasn't sure what to do as it was a mandatory court experience. I would need to take several days off work so I did a little research about the citation a Google search for traffic ticket attorneys. I called Mr. Valdez's office and explained my situation. I explained to them that I have a clean record and emailed them a copy of my citation and court papers as they requested. His office called me back the next day to explain my options, and I immediately agreed to retain his services. My entire case was handled by text, email, or phone calls. I never had to appear in court, just complete the 2 requirements by the time allotted set forth by the Deputy, and my case was dismissed in its entirety. Was it cheap? No... but much cheaper than missing days of work and 2-3 years of car insurance rates being doubled or worse. I hope to never have to go through this again, but if for some reason I do,(I didn't learn my lesson) I would not hesitate to call Mr. Valdez. I highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you for all your help getting through this process.

What a predicament I was faced with while driving from FL to AZ as a travel nurse. I was issued a parking violation. Mr. Valdez was able to clear my name in a heart beat conveniently, expeditiously AND all from a text message!!!! No office or court trips. I would highly recommend him!!! I am an eighteen wheeler driver. At Las Cruces NM police stopped me because I driving in middle lane and give me a ticket improper use of travel lane. Because in NM truckers need to use only right lane ( new rule). I don’t know that. I searched in Google attorney for my case and found Mr. Valdez office. They solve my case. With dismissal.
