I had a simple speeding ticket in a construction zone. I was speeding but I have a clean driving record otherwise. My intent was just to plead “no contest” and ask the Judge for leniency and a deferred sentence. My judge was Sena and she was completely unreasonable and threw the book at me with max fines and fees. I called Glenn asked him if he could help my situation. He concurred how I got railroaded and appealed my case and in fact actually got it dismissed. I would highly recommend calling The Valdez Law office whenever you get a ticket, they are professional. really helpful reasonable and always follow up. Thank you! 🫡
