I got ticketed near the state line where speeds drop from 75 to 65. A perfect place for the police to hide. I was caught not a happy man. I found Mr Valdez’s firm on the internet and contacted them. Driving through New Mexico on 1-40 earlier this year I got caught up in a freak snowstorm on my way home to California. With low visibility and ice on the road a near pileup of cars and trucks emerged in front of me. I managed to avoid hitting anyone and ended up on the shoulder and nearly got rear ended by the car behind me. Once it looked like no one else was coming up behind me I set off again. A semi appeared out of the blizzard and almost hit me. The semi may have been going too fast for conditions like everyone else seemed to be. A state trooper saw this and pulled me over and cited me (not the truck) for careless driving. And here I thought I was being so careful! Called Glenn Smith Valdez and he was able to get the charge dismissed after paying $82 in court fees. I have a squeaky clean driving record which is important for my job and Glenn was able to help me keep it that way! His fee wasn’t unreasonable considering the insurance premium money he saved me. His staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling the situation. I highly recommend calling him if you need a traffic attorney in New Mexico!
