I was singled out for speeding by NM State Highway Patrol while driving along with a pack of cars traveling through Raton, NM. When I tried to settle it in court, Raton Magistrate never answered or returned my calls and the citation turned into a bench warrant. With the help of Glenn Smith Valdez and his assistant Melissa Maldonado we were able to get the warrant cancelled and the citation dismissed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and am thankful not to have this violation on my driving record.

I am really grateful for everything they have done for me. They helped me out so much and took the stress off me and my family’s shoulders. They got me out of the ticket I had gotten in SD. Which would’ve been a pain for me and my family. They took care of the whole thing and let me know my results as soon as it happened. Very fast and very caring. They were really nice people too. :)

They were very professional. I drive for a living from out of town and having to come back to Jal for court for a moving violation would have been a huge hassle. They took care of everything so I didn't have to drive all the way back, and the case was dismissed. Highly recommend them, very please with the outcome.
