Got a speeding ticket with my CDL in Jal NM that no other lawyer was willing to take up. I must've called 4-5 lawyers and none were willing to deal with Jal PD. I am a travel nurse so I was not from New Mexico and Glen Smith Valdez was amazing got my ticket dismissed. Everyone was kind and receptive and I did not have the stress of having to return to NM.

I've used this firm a few times as I travel extensively between Las Cruces, Ruidoso and Carlsbad. They have been helpful in providing excellent representation and keeping you abreast of telephonic court dates so you can attend if desired. Having worked for a local law firm previously, good legal representation is not always cheap and in these cases I would say that the initial cost can be a bit on the high side, but when it comes to the legal fallout or ramifications, why would you use cut-rate? You can trust the efficient and a well communicated staff to help you in minor or major issues. Always use good legal representation when possible.
