Absolute pleasure working with the professional staff and legal services of Glenn Smith Valdez! After my initial call, all necessary documents were emailed to me for an electronic signature, which made the whole process easy and efficient. Valdez and his staff are amazing at what they do! Very patient explaining everything and being in contact throughout the process, especially due to the fact that we had to do all communication over the phone since we live out of state and needed matters handled in NM. Very direct and professional, rare and excellent customer service from Melissa! My citation was on hwy 550 to Durango Colorado a divided four lane. My citation was dismissed without prejudice meaning it will never arise in anyway! If you need five star representation this is who to call!

The office, especially Melissa was very helpful in dealing with 2 citations I received after being involved in an accident that was not my fault.
They worked quickly and had the whole issued resolved in my favor with in the 1st week after the accident.
They were able to have both citations dismissed and my record clear.

Very satisfied with the outcome of my case. I was originally worried about losing my job, let alone, my career behind a highly false accusation. Glenn and his team talked to the officer, of whom, has a reputation for being difficult (I have a different description of his reputation) and got the situation turned around. I didn't come out unscathed, however, I got to keep my livelihood. I can now live to fight another day. Life lesson learned...
