I highly suggest Mr. VALDEZ especially if you have a CDL he will fight for you. I received a speeding ticket in Jal Nm in me personal truck I was looking for attorneys around the area that work for CDL tickets since at the time I already had 2 speeding tickets in my record that were about to fall off after 3 yrs in sept. So a 3rd one would suspend my license for more than 60 days and I looked into reviews and didn't look as good as Mr VALDEZ I was a little nervous due to him being from albuquerque nm, but when I called his office his legal assistants were able to assure me he did get cases and knew the area of hobbs, jal etc NM so I went ahead and hired him. My ticket was dismissed. Thank you for the great team of legal assistants he has when I would call for updates they would answer any questions.

Contacted Valdez Law Office on Oct. 22nd for help with a speeding ticket. Received a quick response from Carla requesting a copy of my DL, traffic citation, and email address. They sent a text saying they will send my info to Mr. Valdez for pricing and likely outcomes. Never heard back from them, they ghosted me. They sent me a link to click on to read reviews but I don't know if it is malicious. I feel like I was scammed for my personal information. Go with a different attorney.

One of the best traffic loyer in new mexico area i got a ticket 25 over mph its a very criminal ticket but i contact this loyer .mr john talk to me over the phone and promise me mr singh no worried we will fight your ticket . Then he start the process and my case was dismiss on first hearing thanks god he is greater then great in the price tooo
